Projects:

  • We offer donation-based community yoga classes and other fitness activities in the garden and nature spaces to encourage physical activity and foster social connections within our community. Looking ahead, we plan to introduce culinary events where participants can enjoy freshly harvested garden produce, promoting mindfulness around food choices and cultivating a deeper appreciation for locally sourced ingredients.

  • Project Roots offers several opportunities to become part of our mission to cultivate wellness within our community.

    We are in the process of developing a wellness membership program. This program will grant members access to exclusive wellness events/workshops, blog content, and personalized consultations with wellness experts. Our aim is to provide ongoing support and foster a sense of community throughout your wellness journey. Stay tuned for more details on how to become a member and embark on this journey with us.

  • In the future, our garden tours and talks will shed light on the healing properties of various plants and their pivotal role in promoting overall well-being. Moreover, we are planning to introduce art therapy workshops where participants can unleash their creativity using natural materials.These workshops will serve as a nurturing space for self-expression and emotional wellness, fostering a deeper connection with nature and inner selves.
